If the booking page directs me to the "LUXE aesthetic record login," is that correct?

Yes! To ensure a seamless experience, RefineU shares a booking platform with LUXE. Sara Beger, the owner of LUXE, serves as the medical director and owns the Alma Harmony laser used for our laser services. All you have to do is choose the provider you would like to book with; both Sara and Emma will be listed. If you experience any difficulties, please email emmavonende@refineuwellness.com with your name and the service you require, and we will contact you as soon as possible!

What method of payment do you accept?

To make your experience as convenient as possible, we accept all major credit cards and cash options. Payment is due at the time of service. Checks not accepted!

Who will be performing my treatments, and what are their credentials? 

All treatments at RefineU are performed by Emma VonEnde, a registered nurse with specialized training in laser and PRP services. Emma has over three years of experience working in a hospital setting and is committed to providing safe, high-quality, and personalized care.

RefineU operates under the supervision of a medical director, Sara Beger, APRN, WHNP-BC. Sara prescribes and authorizes all required treatments. She owns and operates LUXE and has extensive experience in several aesthetic treatments.

How do I know what service is right for me?

We understand that navigating treatment options with your needs can be confusing. Please book a free consultation to meet the team and discuss what is right for you. Our goal is to provide you with an experience and treatment that gives you the realistic results you've been searching for! 

What if there is no available date that works with my schedule?

I appreciate that you want to book with me at RefineU! I still work as a labor and delivery nurse, flipping between nights and days, so my schedule is unique. PLEASE, if none of the days I have posted work for you, email me, and we will work to find a time that works for both of us! -Thank you for understanding, Emma
